On Saturday I visited my local Moped/Scooter shop SmalleyCross www.smalleycross.co.uk with the hope of buying something that I have always wanted. A traditional Vespa moped. During some recent googling I have seen a model that took my fancy, the Vespa PX 125. This little 125cc beast has a 4 speed manual gearbox, and all sorts of cool stuff. I have chosen a model in black with some extra crome fancy accesories. The guys at Smalleycross were really helpful and they do a number of packages which include a CBT test, insurance and all the gear you will ever need, helmet, gloves, jacket etc. I am booked to take my CBT this coming Saturday (wish me luck) and If I pass I get to drive my new baby home!!!! Im sure some pictures will follow!

Nokia N95
Well my new toy has been with me now for a couple of days. It is the Nokia smartphone, the N95. OMG! It so rocks. Not the cheapest out there (especially on UK contract) but the feature list is impressive. With built in WIFI and GPS it truly is the portable device that is really really useful. The camera (5 MP) is superb for both still images and videos. It is a great device and now I can trade in my Ipod, old phone PDA & GPS reciever and just use the N95. Well done Nokia!!
Pauls BIG Sandwich

Paul has the biggest sandwiches in the world. This one is practically a whole loaf!
Flickr
Today I have (hopefully) made a step forward in my digital photo management. I do take a LOT of photos and I was struggling keeping them somewhere central. So I have gone with Flickr. Their PRO accounts rock and there are some especially good plugins for wordpress et all to display the pictures and all the other information seamlessly.
You can view my flickr pics here: http://www.northmore.net/photos/ or access my flickr page directly.
